I have been a practising Hypnotherapist , counsellor , crisis counsellor and performance coach for over 25 years. Working with adults and children of all ages and from all walks of life. In private practice, the NHS and the Priory hospital Group.
In my NHS role at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, Paediatric procedural anxiety, Staff wellbeing and critical event debriefing , Co founder developer of the PEERS (Post event evaluation refection and support) approach to debriefing following critical events.
I also lecture at London south bank university one of the lagest trainers of childrens nurses in the UK. And one of the few London universities that still trains Operating department Practitioners.
I coach Doctors, Surgeons and other professionsals preparing for their exams and interviews.

- It is important NOT to listen to these when driving or in any other situation that requires your full attention.
- If you some active significant mental health issues please discuss with your doctor/counsellor/psychologist whether these recordings would be appropriate for you
- However relaxed you become, using these audios, part of you will remain alert and you will be able to stop at any time if there is an emergency that requires your attention and deal with it appropriately
- You may find you are very good at visualisation but just having some awareness of the imagery used is absolutely fine and works just as well
